A doula provides physical, emotional, and informational support to a woman and her family during pregnancy and birthing time.
But what do I really do?
I help you set up your birth pool; I bring you water; I count with you, breath with you, sway with you, and hold your hand. I'm there for those moments when you feel that you just can't go on to assure you that you can and you will.
A doula is a lot like a tour guide, providing information, catering to your needs, and pointing out all of the beautiful moments along the way.
I am 100% there for you! There is no judgement, no bias, and complete understanding.
